This recipe is very easy to make and it takes less time to prepare. Ingredients required to make Bread Pakora Recipe:-

  • Bread (10 pieces)
  • Gram flour (200 grams)
  • Potatoes (6 boiled)
  • Coriander powder (one-fourth teaspoon)
  • Cumin seeds (one-fourth of a teaspoon after grinding)
  • Chaat masala (half teaspoon )
  • Ginger (make a half-inch piece of paste)
  • Red March Powder (one-fourth teaspoon )
  • Green chillies (2 pieces finely chopped)
  • Coriander (2 tablespoons finely chopped)
  • Garam Masala (half a spoon)
  • Salt (according to your taste)
  • Oil (for frying pakoras)

Method of making Bread Pakora Recipe:- 

  • First of all, filter the gram flour and after filtering, add salt and one-fourth of teaspoon garam masala and then mix it well and make a smooth batter.
  • Boil the potatoes in a pressure cooker. After boiling, peel off the potatoes and put them in a big bowl.
  • Now put a pan on the gas and add oil, when the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds and fry it.
  • After roasting cumin, add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, ginger, chopped coriander, grated or mashed potatoes and salt and mix it well and cook it while stirring for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Now remove it from the gas, keep the stuff on a plate for cooling.
  • Your Bread Pakora’s stuff is ready now.
  • Now place a pan on the gas and pour sufficient oil to fry the bread pakora. Wait till the time oil gets heated, meanwhile fill the stuffing into the bread.
  • Take a piece of bread and cut it in a triangular shape and take a thick coating of potato stuffing on top of the bread and put the other bread piece on top of it. Now gently press the bread to get stuck properly.
  • Now dip this bread into the prepared batter and apply the batter layer properly on the bread.
  • Now fry it properly.
  • When it turns brown colour, then take it out on a plate.
  • Your Bread pakoras are ready to eat. Now serve it with any Chutney and enjoy the taste.
