Ingredients required for Bhatura Recipe:-

  • Maida (500 grams)
  • Curd (half bowl)
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Suji (Semolina) (150 grams)
  • Baking Powder (½ teaspoon)
  • Water (lukewarm 2 cups)
  • Oil (for frying)

How to Make Bhatura Recipe:-

  • Sieve both Maida and semolina in a vessel.
  • Now add salt, baking powder, 2 teaspoons oil, curd and mix it well.
  • You add lukewarm water to it and knead it and keep it for 2 hours.
  • Take oil in your hands to make dough for bhatura.
  • Heat the oil for frying in a pan.
  • Now roll the dough and put it carefully in the oil pan.
  • Fry the bhatura from both sides with hot oil, and flip it up-down side till it turns brown.
  • Similarly, fry the rest of the bhatura, your delicious bhatura recipe is ready.
